[Resolved]  Payback — Icici in fraud with payback

A Bank like ICICI has taken up a fraud vendor like Payback is unacceptable. Are the intentions of both malified or they want to cheat everyone. I am surprised that so many complaints and still icici is still not taking cognisance. I never got the payback card and on the top of it one day i receive an SMS saying some 4000+ points debited from your account. On raising the alarm with payback, they said they will solve the query and never ever reverted back. Infact now my login is blocked and i believe no one is there to hear the grievance, ICICI Wake up before people start throwing dirt on you guys.
