Payback — My 10000 points woth 2500 INR are not updated

I purchased Samsung galaxy S6 edge phone on 12-4-15. On that day there was offer of payback.in that i will get 10000 points in my payback accounr. I could see those 10000 points in my Smartphone application named My Rewards. But that points were related with my phone number only . Other my details was not found match with that card. Then i talked to payback customer care. And said my problem. They gave me time of 15 working days but till now i haven't get points in another payback card which they send me and told that they would definitely credit my points.. My number is [protected].
