Payback — nOT UPDATING MY PERSONAL DETAILS BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT ME TO UTILISE MY POINTS

My payback account is linked with ICICI Bank.ICICI Bank has given me the benefit.But payback has not updated my personal details given by ICICI because they did not want me to take benefits and utilise my points.I complained of the same on 30.4.2015. They gave me Service Request number is 8676502. But still they have not updated the same.Whenever I try to utilise my point the message comes to put OTP which has been sent to mail id.But no OTP comes to the mail.The employees of Payback are trying to safeguard the bankrupt company.They are real .
