Payback — Points Redeemed and recharge not done

Hi all, I have redeemed payback points 200 to recharge My Vodafone Account but recharge did not happen and my pours have for redeemed. So i have tried with another 120 points that too wasted. I lost all the payback points but not recharge did not happen. Card number [protected]. Please resolve my problem. Revert Points as soon as possible Thanks.
