Notice Dated:[protected] Mr. Aryan Chaudhary, CEO & Co-Founder at Payback Bazaar 406/6, New Mahada, Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, Mumbai -400053, India SUB: NOTICE BEFORE FILING CONSUMER COMPLAINT I, the undersigned, hereby give you notice to refund my payment amount ₹11, 999 paid on 5th Oct 2015, against your order id MaxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxbXQ through payumoney gateway with Payment id 70xxxx25/settlement id 1000xxxxxxxxx33, for six month membership subscription where you/your website promised me to give ₹15000 in six months (Oct-March ₹2500 each month in wallet) in the form of coupon to recharge/bill payment/shopping. Till today the service is not provided to me as promised. Even after sending you the payment confirmation mail/commn from PayuMoney, you are saying that you have not received my above detailed payment. As I shared with you in emails many times earlier that the money paid to you was reserved for LIC premium due, all this past 11 months I’m facing financial problems & mental stress too. There were many email/mobile communications with you and your representatives all this time, but no proper response from your side regarding the issues. Kindly refund my payment ₹11999 & ₹500 (expenses being spent for repeated follow up with you all this 11 months) within 10 days after receipt of this notice with suitable interest (18%) else thereafter you have to pay per day ₹500 additionally. Please note that if you fail to comply with this notice, undersigned will file a legal complaint with the Consumer Court. Also please be informed that the consumer complaint will be at your cost and expenses, and I will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to your deficiency in services. Actually paybackbazaar.com doing a tricky business asking people to deposit a lumpsum to their wallet by luring them additional amount of Rs 150 -200. Once deposited all recharges, bill payments through wallet will fail and they never respond phone calls or emails from registered mobile number. They keep the amount in wallet for a month or two and after that they withdraw the amount from its wallet with a fake transaction recipt having no transaction id or reference. In this way they already cheated my Rs1678 . I have every documents of their cheating activities. It's not only mine case there are hundreds of people who have been deceived in this way which I came to know while searching their credentials in online consumer forums. The sites have been flooded complaining this cheating activities by paybackbazaar.com who are cheated in this manner by depositing lumpsum. It is our social responsibility to aware common people to restrain them dealing with paybackbazaar by spreading it in all social media forum immediately so that common people don't lose their hard earned money because our Jago Grahak Jago department is still sleeping asking consumers JAGO.
