While joining as paying guest they asked me to deposit Rs.6500 as security and Rs. 6500 as 1 month advance rent, that time they told you you have to give 1 month notice while vacating the pg. As i have to move to some other location i gave them advance notice on 16th december 2015 to vacant on 16th january 2016, now they are refusing to return my security money and asking me to give notice from the joining date that 1st of any month which is not feasible to know when we require to give them notice as we never know about future requirement of joining some other place.
