I paid for my landline bill through your service on 12/11/2016. through internet banking with Transaction ID as 225673 I don't not get my confirmation till date to my email or any message to my mobile can u clarify whether my bill is paid or not as the amount towards this as been deducted. Are amount as not been refunded to my account how may days does it need for u to send my money back pay the bill.

SSSvvv's response They are charging 8 rupees extra for gas payment every time from more than a year. You should not charge extra from me. Govt. has already declared that extra charges are levied.
