Paytm — AC bus booked, but the same was not operating on 29 sep and co. refund my amount back order no. [protected] and bus PNR no. 33849647 | |||||
I have done bus booking from haridhar to jaipur for 29 Sep 2015 for 7:30pm. Even i had received a message and ticket from PAytm stating that my ticket has been booked. But when we went to pick up point we had been intimated by operater that they did not had any bus on 29 sep from haridhwar to jaipur and they also told us that they had blocked online booking from last three days. But now i had raised a refund request on paytm for which i have not recieved any satisfied revert that they would process my refund and even i called their customer care and customer care executive told me that this is not company concern and this is customer concern. Paytm is such big and the way their they are treating customer is ridiculous. Request you to please check my matter and initiate my refund Was this information helpful? | |||||
