Paytm — Account debit but money not transfer to other paytm wallate

Sir I transfer money to other paytm wallet
But money not transfer my account is debit by rs500 at 14 time
And in28/09/2016 I added money rs
500 and transfer rs500, money not added in my paytm wallet and not transfer to other wallet and my account is debit so please sir refund 8000rs in my bank account
