Paytm — Airtel Tv recharege of Rs390 but not reflected in my airtel account.And not even add to my paytm account.

Paytm provide this kind of service ? As trail mail showing on 19/03/2015 either amount should be transfer to airtel acc or to my paytm(in 24-48) account nothing happens.
