Paytm — Am Not Getting Refund For The damaged Product That I Received

Hi, I have purchased a product from Paytm, the product that i received is a damaged product. I have put that concern to them and asking them to arrange for return pick-up and provide refund. I have raised this concern to them on 18-May-2015. Till date they are still in process of asking for the picture of damaged product, I have sent image multiple times. Every response that i receive from them is just asking for picture of the damaged product. Am really fed up writing emails to them wasting my time and energy. I have attached a screen shot and the number of times i have conversation with Paytm with no resolution. Please help me to get my refund from them.

Same problem happened to me also. What PayTM did is they send a box with a booklet instead of my hard disk.
