[Resolved] Paytm — Amount debited from bank account for failed transaction | |||||
I have paid my torrent electricity bill for service no.[protected] for rs. 1081.03 (rs.1 from paytm balance + rs.1080.03 from bank) for october on 22/11/2016 But the amount deducted from my bank account for failed transaction. i have contacted at [protected]@paytm.com but received no response. so i request to kindly refund the amount. Nov 24, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I have written this that i have emailed my query at [email protected] and also tried to call on paytm customer care no. 180018001234 but the no. was not working even after 10 or 20 efforts.
