Paytm — Amount debited from my account but ticket not booked | |||
I booked a ticket through paytm gateway on 10.05.2016. The transaction reference is inb avenues india pvt. Ltd, ref. No.[protected]ig0bypxlf2, for rs. 490.00 and the transaction id is: [protected]. When i contacted the technical people in cc avenues through live chat they told that the transaction was successful and the money is with paytm. But the ticket is not booked. Till now the amount is not refunded to my account. My e-mail id is: [protected]@yahoo.Co.In and mobile no. [protected]. After seeing my above mentioned complaint today (12.05.2016), paytm personnel contacted over phone and they are asking for bank username and atm card number details which i can't reveal. Why they are asking for confidential details? Can't the failed transaction be refunded to the same bank from which it debited by cancelling that transaction? Do the needful for refunding the amount by cancelling the transaction directly to my account immediately Was this information helpful? | |||
