[Resolved]  Paytm — amount debited from paytm but amount not transfered to bescom company

my name is venkatesh i payed bescom bill through paytm on nov 15 2014 rs 166 the order number is[protected] and another bescom bill the rs 290 on nov 17 2014 and order number is No.[protected] amount debited from paytm but amount not transfered to bescom serveral times i sent a mail to [protected]@paytm.com they said transcation is sucessfull contact bescom i spoke to bescom they said we have not receivied any payment from paytm again i sent mail to paytm but they is no reply they are not refunded the amount also my mobile number is [protected] and my e-mail id is warlu.[protected]@ymail.com
