[Resolved] Paytm — AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ICICI BANK ACCOUNT RECHARGE NOT DONE | |||
Dear Sir / Mam, I am a regular user of Paytm and I keep on recharging every 2-3 days. I had recharged on 26 th of October 2014, the amount has been deducted from my ICICI bank account and the transaction stated as successful yet no amount has been received by me in my mobile balance. I have mailed at [protected]@paytm.com yet no one replied. Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis. If such fraud continues then people like us who are Internet savy will definitely loose faith in it. At least try and arrange for some reply from their end. Was this information helpful? | |||
