Paytm — amount is not refunding to me

sir, i placed an order in Paytm website on 16th april 2015 worth of Rs. 5900/-, simply they cancelled my order with out any permission, and intimation. i requested them to refund the money to my bank account on 26th april 2015. till now they had n't done the money transfer and simply the executives are bluffing like it will be done with in one day like that. i am requesting you to take necessary action on them and do justice to me regards
