Paytm — Automatically cancellation/refund/again deduction via paytm. | |||||
Hello..sir/madam... My self Dushyant gour.. Mene paytm wallet ke through Do product ak sath order kiye..belt aur wallet..wallet delivery hogai time se but bich m belt ka cancle hogya delivery pta nhi kese? Then email mile mujhe ki aapka order modified hua aur fir kuch samay bad rs.214 mere paytm wallet me wapas aagye..fir dekha paytm me koi gadbad h koi reacharge k liye try failed hua then dekha 195/- rs deduct hogya wger koi OTP ya message diye ya mail kiye..kaise? I dont know. Us tym mera mobile charge lga tha 9.14 ko shayad..yani meri aur se paytm use hi nhi hua us timing me na mera account koi mera relative use kiye .to fir kese ye sb hua. Paytm ko complain ki to bolre koi galat nhi hua but i know something went to wrong . My email [protected]@gmail.com I also attached screenshot for clearing. Please inform me on [protected]. I hope consumer forum will helps me. If any need info about this matter call/mails me with proof. As earlyas possible i want to right decision. Paytm wale to clear b nhi bta paa rhe ki apka 195/- amount ka hua kya h .? Reacharge .transfer..ya order koi.. Na paytm application me show hori details.
