On 28/11/2016.. i have a send to money from my friend account to my account but money is received my account.. amount is successful in detected to my friend account. Amount is not there in my bank account.. please help me.

I signed up with Paytm a couple of months ago. After the demonetisation want to use the account but unable to open the same. I tried thru the customer care interactive phone call. It first unblocked and then blocked. Since their are no customer care executives, I'm stuck. Pls. need an immediate redress all.
