Paytm — Bill paid : But BSNL didnt get it.

I and my friend had paid our post paid BSNL mobile bills through PAYtm for mobile no. [protected] and [protected] of amount Rs. 652 and 500 on dated 18.07.2015 and 19.07.2015 respectively. We have written to customer care also but they say that BSNL has received the payment. Kindly go through the attachments and do the needful pls. Regards, Sharad and Dharmendra

I just received a fraud call from, [protected], the guy claimed himself as Paytm employee and asking for refunding of my paid amount into my bank account. When I asked him to transfer back this amount in my Paytm wallet, he refused to do so. He asked my 16 digit debit card no. Friends beware of such frauds.
