Good afternoon, We have booked a bus from kodaikanal to coimbatore using paytm the travel name is dns travels (The order number: [protected]), on that travel date there no bus with the given information and we called to the travels they boarded us on other private vehicle and they dropped us on the highway its very far from coimbatore (50km) at midnight we faced lot many issues as a family and we had a loss of 3000 rupees on the vacation.
