Paytm — broken photo frame not replaced!!

I received a broken photo frame. Kindly replace it. Complaint has been put via mail. A reply saying problem resolved received but what was the resolution I didn't understand. I have resend the mail but no response there after. Ticket #[protected]: Broken Photo frame Please replace or return me the money.
