Paytm — Bus ticket booking issue | |||||
Hi Sir, I have booked a ticket from PayTM and the ticket got confirmed. Within less than 1 hour, the Bus operator (Sangita Travel Agency) called me and told that the bus got cancelled in which the ticket is booked and confirmed. The Bus operator told that PayTM will refund your amount in your credit card. But its been 6days, the paytm haven't responded to my query/ticket raised. Can u please take appropriate action(s) to make paytm resolve my issue? Below is the MTicket: Dear Imranuddin, PNR :[protected], Paytm Ticket ID : OF4HU4, Order ID : [protected].
