Paytm — Cancellation of bus but did't get refund

Hi, My Order ID "Bus Ticket (OADQ4M) from Amritsar to Chandigarh on[protected] Qty: 1 | Sold By: PAYTMBUS" We have so many time opened complaint ticket regarding above order but Paytm does not reply any query. Bus was cancelled at a time without any intimation . We were in trouble that time. We have also submitted the request for cancellation but did not got any update from Paytm Team.
