Paytm — Cash back not credited to PayTm wallet

I bought Magic mop from PayTm ORDER NO. [protected] on May'15 8:19 pm with 50% cash back offer. Now I'm following up PayTm on cash back and after 5 days they are telling me that I have not applied promo code. I'm working in IT since last 10 years and bought numerous products online and they are telling me that I have not applied promo code. They are running a SCAM and I'm going to expose them Sandeep
