Paytm — Cash Back not done

My Name is Abid and i ordered a Queen Size Bed ( Hometown Marina Queen Bed With Box Storage) online on 18 April. I received my bed on 27 April but my cash back of 7000 INR as per the offer has not been made yet. The order against which i purchased the bed is ORDER NO.[protected]. I am attaching the screen shot of the order and product photo in this complaint for your reference. I duly informed Paytm in several email about the product being received by me in several emails however i am still waiting for my cash back. I would like someone to help me get my cash back and I request everyone not to fall for Paytm offers as they are fraudulent and you will not get any response from Paytm customer care even after repeated attempts. They have been programmed to repeat the same words without even reading you complaint. Below is the entire email chain with there Customer care.
