[Resolved] Paytm — Cashback not been credited since from 4 months. | |||||
I've Purchased Coirfit Mattress from PayTM on 25th Sept 2015 Order No.[protected] Worth Rs 19, 848 along with 10, 000 cashback once after shipping after 24hrs. However It been shipped on 27th Sept 2015 and been delivered on 7th Oct. But cashback 10, 000rs has not been credited as per said ad. Called to customer care many times mailed alot but no response till now. Customer care advised me to raise wallet upgrade. I'e did the same for 4 times. However no one responded to that and finally after 15 days of the every wallet upgrade got a message as "We are closing your wallet upgrade request as we are unable to reach you". Fed up with the service as PayTM is very neglect in dealing customer queries and issues. Kindly look into the issue and please do the needful to cashback my 10, 000rs as soon as possible.
