I have purchased a mobile on 02.05.2016 in paytm & opted for 12 months emi as per the merchant... But after that i have received a message says that your purchase is been converted into 3 emis that means now i have to pay more as i have planned to pay 12 emis.. I've discussed with hdfc credit card department & they suggested me to talk merchant (Paytm) & again paytm told me to talk to the bank.. Yesterday I recharged my metro card by paytm, Payment was deducted from my account by recharge not done. So please recharge my metro card as sson as possible and ya pls provide customer care no. so that we talk to your team for our problems instead of this
