Paytm — Cheating with customer (Order id :[protected]

Updated by svchinche Paytm team is playing with customer. I have ordered product from Paytm estimated delivery time was 26-Mar-2015. I got confirmation from your team that you King computers and services seller will going to provide service for the product. When i called to seller ie. King Computer and Services told me that your order has been cancelled by paytm seller central. sinse past 4 days order status is "HANDED OVER TO COURIER". They fooled so many customer with the same issue.
They reply with the same answer that your product will shipped today..
Sinse last last 6 days i am getting same response that product will shipped today, but still product not sent by payTm.
