Paytm — Damaged item received | |||
I bought ACE Grey Small Digital Weighing Scale from paytm.com with order ID:[protected] on 23rd March 2015. I received the item after a week in damaged condition. Immediately I raised a complaint in their customer care. They took the request and they closed the complaint on 31st March 2015 by saying the reason 'Customer voluntarily cancelled his/her reverse pickup'. They did not contacted me even single time, but they closed my complaint saying 'Customer voluntarily cancelled'. Again I complained, this time they time passed my time by sending thanks, apology mails. One day they asked me the damaged product pics, I sent them, but they did not take any action. After some days, I posted my complain on paytm facebook page, they again started the process by sending thanks, apologies mails, this time they again asked me to send the pics again, I sent them again. This time they responded saying 'return policy of that particular product has been over', i.e 30 days over. I approached paytm customer care, paytm customer grievance cell, paytm corporate office and Paytm facebook page through mails and postings. Nobody shown interest in solving my issue. They simply wasted 30 days, on last day they said 30 days are over, so return policy for the particular product is over. Looks like paytm is selling fake and damaged products through their site, and intensionally they are dragging the issues of the customer for testing customer patience. They will send only thaanks, apologies mails, but not shown interest on fixing the issues. Was this information helpful? | |||

Order Number: MPtkt[protected] | Message: regarding this issue i sent so many quires but my problem is not rectified, paytm management is doing worst job, 26 days before i return this item but they are not pickup my item, this is not my mistake this is seller mistake, Paytm doing worst job, u will resolve my problem with in 2 days,
