Paytm — Defected Product Received.

I have received the product [AGS Battery Charger ] through Ecom courier on today 05/07/2015 Against my Order No-[protected].The delivered product is defected and not working . Regarding this I tried to Contact in Customer Care of Paytm on[protected] but Line is not Working. I also Lodge the Complaint on Paytm Website (C. Ticket no[protected] but no response received from Paytam Customer Care. Kindly help me out to refund my money/replace this product.
