Paytm — Defective or used product send me on new product cost. | |||||
I purchased one shoe rack from paytm via Order# [protected], 26 August 2015.They delivered me damage / used product on 7/09/2015. same day within 1 hour of delivery i send them pictures of products at their email id [protected]@paytm.com for replacement of product. From 07 sep till now i email them several times but they don't change or return this deffective product. no any call from this company .Also note their is not any contact no shown on their site.Kindly help me.
