Paytm — Delay in product product delvery from paytm the online shopping website

Dear Sir sub:- delay---(cheating)worst service i have ordered micromax TV on 12/06/15 through paytm onlne shopping. the estimated arrival date is 21/06/15. till now no information about shipping of the product. in other online shopping sites (amazon, flipkart, snapdeal) the product will be delivered in 2days. the tollfree no which were displayied in the site are not working (3 numbers).i request them to transfer the amount of rs.18300/- to my bank account if the product is not delivered on or before 22/06/15. i am not able to contact them by any means as the tollfree numbers are not working. please do the needful.
