Paytm — delivered a wrong product

Hello i have ordered an oleva dark pink sports bra size 34 from paytm but when i just open the packet after delivered the item was totally totally found a wrong stuff. wat they shipped me is a normal bra with the worst quality and wat i ordered was the sports bar. moreover i have already prepaid the sufficient amount of that stuff. thinking that they have take the advantage of prepaid from the customer by sending a wrong stuff. wat we do is the trust in ur business we r not a fool who waste money on stupid online shop. i can't take this wrong stuff and i'll not used this too. i have raise a complaint regarding this product but they didnot consider this as i have already paid for the product. please help
