Paytm — Delivered damaged product and not returning it.

I ordered an Adata external hard disk 1tb from paytm.com on 7th aug 2015 and I got product delivered on 18th aug 2015. And after its first use, I came to know that it's not working.. a clicking sound coming from it.. it is damaged.. so, I requested return for this product on 19th aug 2015 and the company had a policy of 7 days return pick up and today is 28th Aug.. and they still not picked up the product its about 10 days from my request and I got no response .. the don't even returning my money back..
