[Resolved]  Paytm — didn't get cash back

Hi, I have placed one order ORDER NO.[protected] WD My Passport Ultra (WDBZFP0010BBK-NESN) 1 TB Portable External Hard Drive (Black) worth Rs4608. The time i ordered the hard disk there was an ongoing scheme of Rs1000 cashback on harddisk. Even though on paytym the hard disk was 600Rs costlier than other ecommerce site, i purchased from paytym. It was mentioned that it will take around 24hrs post delivery of product to reflect cashback. Its been 4days now but i have not received any amount in my paytym wallet. I have even dropped a mail on paytym support but still no response been made. There is no customer care number where one can call and assist. Even on toll free number, you can just record your complain. Now don't know where to ask. Regards Mohit
