Paytm — Does Not provide proper customer care

I have ordered Lancer Black and Pink Sports shoes size 7 through paytm. But once i get product i tried but size is not fit to me so i need to return my product back to paytm. But they are not responding properly. Already five days over. Here is the details about the product which i need to return.
