[Resolved]  Paytm — Money not refunded

Sir,
I had recharged my mobile no. [protected] for Rs 120 from this online recharging site Paytm.com on 17 September 2014. The order no is.[protected]. My payment for the recharge was successful and it was paid fully. But I have not received my recharge till now. Eventhough my recharge has been unsuccessful, the site shows it as successful ( see the photo uploaded as proof) which I can assure you is not. So I have been asking the company to refund my money since they were unable to recharge my mobile number. I have not even received a receipt from the site eventhough they say my recharge is successful.
I have had the same problem with order no.[protected] also. So I request you to look into matter and help me getting my money refunded.

I have ordered a zovi spiderman tshirt from paytm and my order no was[protected]. It worth rs279 and it was delivered but tshirt size was bigger. So i filed a return and nxt day their executive came and picked up the parcel and said to bring up a smaller size tshirt in 2 days. But he didn't come, then i called customer care of zovi and they said paytm has a filed a return and money has been refunded to paytm. After that i mailed many times to paytm for refund. But they didnt reply. Its been 2 weeks now.
Please help me to get back my money.

I did a recharge of rupees 56 from paytm.com Order No[protected] it was not succesfull and I was charged for it...so far they have not refunded the money back into my account. kindly help me get my refund

hello sir/madam, i recharge my cell of rs. 100 at[protected] from my PAYTM account in my bsnl no. money deducted but no recharge was done at the moment, so i submit a request in [protected]@paytm for my situation. then a massege i got from there that IN 24-48 HRS. recharge will be send or money will transfer to your paytm account but it will not happen this type of request i submit in paytm of about 3-4 times but my situation is still at same track. no changes at all. so i prefer you to help me. so please i am waiting

I recharged my postpaid MTS data card for Rs.1122 on 18th of December. I was told, my money will be credited soon. I am following up the customer care emails. They were able to send only useless emails with their apologies, I don't know what they are doing. It's gonna be a week since I lost the money. I checked with KVB (my bank), they told the money has been successfully debited, so it is Paytm's duty to refund, I am emailing all the details, they are least bothered about the concern. I wanna lodge a complaint regarding this. Please help me.

Hi All.

I have purchased as pair of shoes from paytm but I returned it but they are not paying back my amount back.The fraud site. Don't buy ant thing from the site. I have kept 10 mails but no replies at all.

I have ordered pair of Red Chief Shoes from the PAYTM site and paid the amount in full. But I have returned the shoes and it reached it to the vendor I have tracked and confirmed by calling to the Ecom Express. But the PAYTM is not refunding my money. I have kept atleast 10 mails but there is no response I have called to one 97 they are also not attending the calls.

One of the waste site. I will see how these guys can take away my money.

I have returned a product on 8th April 2015 with order #[protected] but yet no money has been refunded. I contacted the courier service, they said product has been given to paytm. I wrote a mail to paytm but no response.

I have many times mailed to [protected]@paytm.com but still not refunded my money. I was item couriered to the merchant against return order approved and also item has been delivered on 13-April-2015 and another one 24-April-2015. I was got mail from Paytm on 24-April-2015 and given message wait for 48-72 hours in this Ticket no.[protected]. But still not any call any mail i have got regarding message. And also i want know about the ticket number[protected] still not getting any resolve. I have attached scan copy of courier slip please check and kindly say to refund my money.

Paytm — Money taken from my Uber account

No response so far from Paytm.
My Uber Paytm balance of Rs. 171 is taken without any reason
I dont know why account is flat with no money.
This is my money which i kept to order Uber rides.

Paytm company is fraud and takes away people money.

paytm wallet is not open from 3days.it is not updated balance.

pay tm wallet is not updated from 3days.A lot of custemors are stoped transactions.so kindly solve this problem quickly.And money is not updated in paytm wallet app.
