Paytm — Fail to understand the services which they are providing to their customer (Online purchased External Hard Disk Drive)-- | |||||
Ticket #[protected]: Paytm Order #[protected] I really fail to understand the services which Paytm are providing to their valuable customers. There were mistake from PayTm side and now they are saying that they will not replace. 1. Firstly the product model which i had ordered was not the same which i received. 2 Secondly, there is mismatch of serial number. Bill should have same serial number as mentioned on the product. 3. The disk space which i received was also not the same which i had selected. As i had selected 2TB Hard Disk drive but i received 1.81 TB of HDD space As requested by PayTm, Screen- shots had already been provide by me (Product Model Number, Bill number and disk space screen shot) I am regretting why i have choosen paytm i should have gone to some other website like snapdeal, Amazon, flipkart, Ebay. It;s almost a week and i have no positive feedback from PayTm side. Please try to improve your service else you may loose your customer confidence towards PayTm. Was this information helpful? | |||||
