Paytm — Fake product received from paytm

Hi, I recently ordered lakme absolute face stylist foundation baring order no: [protected] and seller: TECHEYE CREATIONS & TECHNOLOGIES PVT.LTD(Delhi) from Paytm. Though i cancelled it i received the product and total money 1200/- has been deducted for the product i was told i will get cashback of 420/- . I didnt even get that on top this it is a 2years old product and fake one too. It is not even a sealed one.I called several times to the customer care to avail return facility for the product but there was no proper response they asked me to send the images of the product and invoice etc. I have sent all the required images they asked me. For your reference i attached them here as well. My demands: I want to avail return request approved and also refund of the amount paid(Rs:1200) as earliest. Regards, Avani ph.No: [protected]
