Paytm — Fooling to customer

I have purchased the luvlap pram ( baby stroller ) cost 3599 rs on 1st june 2015. I got 50% discount and u transffred 1800 rs in my paytm wallet. 3/6/2015 u confirmed and shipped the product by bluedart courier service. On 5/6/15 paytm cancelled the item without notify me. I contact on paytm customer care they told me that product is lost by courier service . So i called bluedart they tracked the product and they told that product delivery is not in thier range. So now I not understand who is really speaking true . So I would like to solve paytm my difficulties or else I will go for legal action against Paytm.com.
