Paytm — Fraud mail and sms sent regarding online recharge
I want to draw your attention towards an inconvenience faced during my online recharge of my reliance gsm no. [protected] on 17/02/2015 at 9:33 pm. I tried to recharge my no. with Rs 111/- from Paytm.com. I got a message from 52811 (reliance auto generated no.) stated that "Dear Customer, your request could not be processed. Please try again. We regret the inconvenience.Thank you.Reliance." And also received a sms and mail from Paytm stating that my recharge was successful.(Paytm Transaction receipt: Order no: #[protected] Tue Feb 17 2015) When I checked my bank account I found that Rs 111/- has been deducted. I also checked my Reliance no. balance and found no recharge has been done. I mailed about this to reliance appellate authority and they sent me that no payment was received by them from Paytm's side. This is really shameful on Paytm's part. I would urge the respective authorities to look after my issue and credit my debited balance as early as possible. Was this information helpful?
