Paytm — Incomplete consignment received

Order Number: MPtkt[protected] | This was the first order ever i had placed with your company and i am completely surprised on the service given, this was supposed to be a gift but now my task has increased may folds . this is a complete waste of time and harassment to the customer and probably my first and last association with your group. I have received an incomplete consignment against Order No.[protected]. The article with below description is missing ?? Police Pure 75 Ml Men Edt. I am attaching the below ref pictures 1. Images of received product along with inner and outer packing. ( find the ref pic attached, the outer packing was with the invoice taped with normal cello/transparent tape ) 2. Delivered product was tampered or not. (not tampered) 3. Inner seal of the product was broken or was intact. (was intact ) 4. Paytm tape was used for packing or not.
