We had ordered Tucasa Lampshade (order no.#[protected] which had been couriered by Tucasa on 18th of October 2014 as informed has not been delivered to us till date.This has caused a great inconvinience as no information about the order or tracking number has been provided for an update of our material.Please do look into this matter.
