Paytm — Lesser value of talktime received

Sir i have done a recharge of Rs.300 on 07/03/2015 for the talktime of Rs.300 but the person to whom it was recharged has got only Rs.250 as talktime n my bank account was debited by Rs.300, for your reference my order no is[protected] and transaction no is [protected]. please do the needful at the earliest. I have made a complaint 07.03.2015 but still my complaint is unresolved Please do the needful at the earliest. Thanks, krunal
