Paytm — Login issue and horrible customer care | |||||
I lost access to old number and cannot login as otp is being sent to old number. I urgently need to buy a phone. I provided PayTm with my new number, old number and all other details. I have raised soo many tickets yet no resolution?? Ticket 03288804 Ticket 03326758 Ticket 03405894 Ticket[protected]Most Recent) How many more tickets do I have to raise before it gets resolved?? For 2 of those tickets I got a response asking some more documents, which I provided immediately, within a time-span of 5 minutes. But after that no response from them for many days and one day suddenly I get email that ticket is closed please provide feedback. I mean what is wrong with them?!
