we placed one order for prestige pressure cooker, deluxe plus hard aodise of 3litre capacity in oct 2015 which is found to be defetive as the lid is not getting fix on the body. The warrenty card has since no purchase order details, as such the is not acceptable by the company to take up for repair, which is though within warrenty . You are therefore requested to take back the product and the same may be replaced or the money is refunded.The product details and other particular are given as under
