Paytm — material received in broken condition

Dear sir, I had purchased a prestige maestro plus food processor from paytm. But the material received from was found in broken condition. The Base unit of the food processor is in broken condition. I want to replace the food processor with other new defectless food processor. Or else please refund my money to my account. I had already mail the problem to [protected]@[protected]@paytm.com but no reply received. This is second time I had experienced the problem through paytm. Please revert urgently.
