Paytm Mobile Recharge — Amount debited from bank account

Ihave tried recharge for my mobile no.[protected], and opted payment from my indian overseas bank account xxxxxxxxxxxx 4367.on 23/11/15. the bank account was debited well at time and, still i could not get this amount to paytm wallet or back to bank. please tell me how to retrieve my amount. this is my first time recharge experience from paytm, and well deserved. please help me.
