Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money debited but not showing in paytm wallet | |||||
I added money to my wallet on[protected] at time 20:22:47. Rs 698 was deducted from my bank account but was not added to my wallet. My wallet is showing no such transaction. I submitted a complaint on 29-11-16 at [protected]@paytm.com but of no avail. No money has been sent back to me. My ticket # 10857187. Address this issue asap. Currently, in this cashless scenario i am feeling scared to use paytm any longer. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I ordered domino's pizza on 3rd dec.2016 two times but it didn't deliver to me and the money deducted from my account.so, please refund my money in my paytm account.

Maine 01/12/2016 ko paytm se 9980 ka bill payment kiya tha lekin wah processing bata raha hai aur bill payment bhi nahi huwa to please mera balance paytm pe wapas kar dijiye mujhe argent bill payment karni hai my paytm wallet number is [protected]

Hi, I had recharged my sun direct DTH using Paytm app on 01.12.2016 for Rs.880/-. It shows that transaction is successful but still it is processing only. Amount not credited in sun direct. Hence, I requested for cancellation through paytm app & ticket too created. But still now I didn't receive any response. This makes me frustrated with paytm.

By mistake I sent 3420 to an incomplete mobile number. I got the message that it will be returned to my account in two days. Nothing has been done even after thee days
On 21 October, 2016 I made a recharge of 750/- from a mobile shop in my paytm wallet but till now paytm has not credited my account which is not fair and they are not solving my problem too. One month have been cross but till now they have not refunded please do some thing so they refund my money into my wallet.
