Paytm Mobile Solutions — Cashback not received | |||||
I purchased a asus laptop from paytm website order number [protected] dtd 07/07/2016 however i have yet not received the cash back of 9999. As my paytm limit of rs 10000 was used in july i was promised that in beginning of august this amount will get credited to my paytm wallet. This is yet not done. I have written multiple mails and gave request to upgrade my wallet limit several times however same took many weeks inspite of several nails and follow ups intentionally documents were collected late.
